Luiza Mills brings 25 years of executive leadership to her position as Senior Vice President.
Her extensive background in the construction industry spans human resources, business operations, contracts and insurance, marketing, lean methodologies, training, and safety. Luiza is committed to fostering a culture that values employees, encourages growth and new ideas, and prioritizes safety. Notably, she collaborates with trade organizations to advance industry programs and actively supports women in the construction industry. Luiza was the first female chair of Gould Construction Institute and is currently the Chair of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Massachusetts chapter.
