Interstate Electrical Services’ Luiza Mills Named 2025 ABC Massachusetts Chair
Billerica, Mass. – February 26, 2025 – Interstate Electrical Services Corp. is proud to announce that Senior Vice President Luiza Mills has been named as the 2025 Chair of Associated Builders and Contractors of Massachusetts (ABC MA). Mills brings vast experience and a proven track record of leadership in the construction industry to this esteemed position.

Mills has been an integral part of Interstate Electrical Services’ executive team for over a decade, contributing significantly to the company’s consistent growth across New England. Her leadership was instrumental in the company’s early adoption of lean manufacturing methodologies, strong training focus, the development of a skilled prefabrication team, and the state-of-the-art, 100,000 square foot Operations Center.
Beyond her operational achievements, Mills is a passionate advocate for the trades. She actively promotes careers in construction, and champions outreach, education, awareness, safety, and growth within the industry. Her commitment to workforce development is evidenced by her dedication to providing ongoing training opportunities for Interstate’s employees and support for the entire AEC industry.
Mills’ commitment to the construction industry extends beyond her work at Interstate. She collaborates with agencies to advance trade programs, works closely with vocational schools and industry affiliations, and actively supports women in construction while also serving as an advisor on numerous committees and boards.
